Is it free to use learnitall.com.au? 

It is totally free! We do not charge members any booking and/or credit card fees.  Create an account here.   

How do I make a booking with learnitall.com.au? 

In order to make a booking, please add a class or service to your cart and checkout.  Please check the individual Cancellation policies of any class providers (Partners) as per the Class/Service listing.  In order to checkout, you must register a free account with us.   

How do I register with learnitall.com.au? 

 Creating an account is absolutely free! Click on ‘REGISTER’ in the top right corner.  Complete the compulsory fields and you will be asked to confirm your registration via email notification to finalise your account creation. 

What can I do on learnitall.com.au now that I have registered an account?  

Congratulations! You have your own customer profile and can easily access your information in one spot! You can:  

  • Update account details - add students/children, update emergency contacts and add special notes 

  • Discover and book classes  search for classes, make bookings, view your order history

  • View calendar - easily see upcoming classes that anyone in your family may be enrolled in  

  • View Order history - keep track of past orders and download PDF invoices 

  • Create Wish-lists – save classes or services that tickle your fancy, to your profile so that you can access them later.  

 

Is it safe to book on learnitall.com.au? 

Yes, we take the privacy and security of your data very seriously at Learn It All.    

Security 

  • All online transactions are encrypted with SSL (2048 bit) on our website.   

  • For payment processing, we use Stripe (read more) which is certified to the highest level of certification in the payments industry (PCI Service Provider Level 1) and Authorize.net.  

Privacy 

  • We only share data with our Partners that are necessary for a booking to be completed and in order for our Partners to provide services to students.   

  • Partners cannot directly send you marketing communications unless you have separately provided permission to them.  

  • Learn It All may directly send you marketing communications (e.g. newsletters) if you have subscribed.  You may unsubscribe at any time.

Do I have to wait for my booking to be confirmed? 

Some classes and lessons may require confirmation by the class provider (Partner), and you will receive an email confirming your booking once this is done.  Others are flagged as ‘Instant Book’ which means you can secure your spot and pay instantly.   

 

How do I add another student/child to my account? 

Click ‘My Account’ and then the tab ‘Students’.  You can easily add or amend details of students/children including allergies, special notes and emergency contact details.   

 

How do I view my family’s calendar of upcoming classes? 

Click ‘My Account’ and then the tab ‘Calendars’.  You can conveniently view your bookings in different formats (monthly, weekly, daily and list).    

 

How do I view my booking history? 

Click ‘My Account’ and then the tab ‘Calendars’.  You can conveniently view the details of any bookings you have made.  

 

Where can I find a PDF receipt of my booking? 

Click ‘My Account’, the tab ‘Bookings’ and ‘Details’.   You will be able to download a PDF receipt of your booking. 

 

How do I make changes or cancellations? 

Please be aware of the individual Reschedule, Cancellation and Refund policies of each class or service provider (Partner) as per the listing.  In the event that you need to reschedule for your child or studentwe recommend that you contact the class provider directly to arrange an alternative make-up lesson.    

In the event that that you wish to request a cancellation, click ‘My Account’, the tab ‘Bookings’ and ‘Cancel’.   You will need to add a specific reason for requesting to cancel the service. Once you've filled out the request, click Submit Change RequestThis does not automatically cancel the booking and must be accepted by the class provider (Partner) in accordance with their Cancellation policy.
