All online transactions are encrypted with SSL (2048 bit) on Our Site. For payment processing, we use Stripe (read more) which is certified to the highest level of certification in the payments industry (PCI Service Provider Level 1) and Authorize.net.
Learn It All does not save your credit card or bank account details. Learn It All keeps a non-sensitive reference to your credit card or bank account details (called a token) which is then linked to your Learn It All Account. This token is provided to us by Stripe, and allows Learn It All to provide an option for you to use the same credit card or bank account for future transactions with us without Learn It All holding any sensitive information.
We may need pre-authorisation on your bank account or credit card and you agree that We or Our payment provider may query the account for pre-authorisation purposes. If pre-authorisation is not successful we may refuse to process your current or future orders.
If Learn It All uses the services of any third party payment provider including Stripe to administer the payment arrangements under these terms then you will comply with all Terms and Conditions imposed on the transaction by that third party.
4. Editing Your Personal Data
You may choose to register for a Learn It All account when using Our Website. If you choose to do this, the information submitted by you can be edited by you at any time in your Member profile.
You may also contact us to request that we edit your personal data. We will respond to all such requests within 14 business days.
5. Deletion of Your Data
You may also request that we delete your Learn It All account and personal data. We will respond to all such requests within 14 business days.
7. Where We Store Your Personal Data
All information you provide to Us is stored on Our or Our third party service providers’ secure servers located in Australia.
Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of Our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We will do Our best to protect your personal data. We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Learn It All Site; any transmission is at your own risk.
8. Transfer of Your Information to Third Parties
We will never sell your personal data under any circumstances; however, we may share your data with third parties for the following reasons.

You may opt-in to receive marketing messages from Us. You can manage preferences in terms of receipt of these emails in your Member settings or through unsubscribe links included in certain marketing communications.

If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that We do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
